Trade Terms and Guidelines
A Credit Card Application form must be completed, this form
will be sent to all new customers.
All initial orders will be charged to a credit card as they
are despatched.
(This ensures a speedy opening of your account, as well as
giving you the advantage of receiving frequent flyer points etc, where
applicable).
Please note that terms of trade for the dispatch of your goods is a
minimum value of $350.00 invoice amount.
(Orders going to WA must be a minimum $500 invoice amount).

Please provide as much information as possible about items when placing
your order. Note the ISBN & title of the book, as this will help us find
your product much quicker.
All titles ordered may not be available in our warehouse at the time of
order placement. We may have to source some titles from suppliers, which can
take up to 2 weeks,
providing that the book has been published.
After
the first 3 months or 3 orders, clients may apply for a commercial credit
30-day account.
Clients
on a 30-day account may pay for delivered goods anytime up to 30 days from the
date of invoice.

Sunstate Books is a
volume based, wholesale supplier and does not sell direct to the public
